Legal Pitfalls of Supervision - Supervisory & Management Training - 7th In A Series

Supervisors and managers must be aware of Federal and State laws which dictate certain behaviors while interacting with co-workers and subordinates. Attendees will learn the supervisor and employer liabilities and penalties for violation of these laws. Through role-playing and real-life scenarios, Latham will demonstrate behaviors and procedures required for compliance with these laws.
