Kristen Johnson --Kristen is a key component of our member services team. She is our webmaster (webmistress__) and jack of all trades. She is one of our meeting coordinators and is presently responsible for all of our PIA-Texas Trust programs. She is also our resident Y2K expert. So, if you have a question about Y2K, the Trust, or a general printing question, or even an environmental question, contact Kristen.

Matt Kaarlela -- He's the guru of regulations. Have a question regarding OSHA, or the EPA, or safety_ Call Kaarlela. Matt is responsible for directing all of the Associations regulatory support services. If you need someone to help decipher the stack of regulations, he's the guy to call.

Jason Klotz -- Jason is an integral part of our member services team. His primary responsibility is member billing and receivables, but he can also help with questions regarding our wage survey as well as our awards program. If it's got to do with money --- talk to Jason.

Ann O'Shea -- Ann is part of our member services team and normally the happy voice you hear when you call PIA-Texas. She handles our Jobline service and maintains membership records. When you want someone added to the mailing list (or have a phone number change) or looking for an employee, contact Ann on the phone or electronically.

Debbie 'O.Z.' Ozendes -- O.Z. is the Association's Membership Director and more than likely the person you're going to speak to about joining PIA-Texas, or when you want to know more about our services. Although a new face with the PIA-Texas staff, O.Z. has been working with printers and the industry for many years. In her previous 'lives,' she was a sales rep for two of the state's major trade binderies, and she started her industry
career with Heidelberg USA. Need information about PIA or GATF_ Call O.Z.

Joe Polanco -- When you are looking for information about the industry and its management practices (financial, legal, regulatory, etc.) contact Joe. With his 25+ years of industry experience, he will be a good source of information.

Dodie Royals -- Dodie is our office manager and customer service supervisor. She is the Association's newest addition and brings over 15 years of industry experience as a small printing company owner. Dodie can assist you with any questions regarding billings, publications, or member services.

Michael Spivey -- Mike's another regulatory guru on staff, but his real area of expertise is employee safety and OSHA regs. If you need help in starting a safety program or looking for help to decipher OSHA regs, Mike's the guy to call.

Peggy Stone --Peggy Stone's responsibilities not only include coordinating all of the meetings for the Association but she is also the coordinator for the CEO Roundtable and the administrator for the Nolan Moore Foundation. And if you can't find Joe, call Peggy --- she'll know where he is hiding.

Jan Thornton -- Technology. Human Resources. Education. Production Management. If you have an interest in any of these areas, you want to get to know Jan. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, she will either have the solution at her fingertips, or very quickly find you an answer.
